All-day nature immersion at Gamboa Rainforest Resort. Wildlife viewing, nature walks, pool/river time, group bonding. ALL food and drinks included throughout the day.

Deep dive into breath-work, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and integration work. 6 hours each day with breaks, journaling time, and intimate group circles.

My daughter turns 12 on the catamaran. We'll celebrate with sunset  toast and something special from the chef. It adds beautiful depth to the experience.

☀️ JULY WEATHER IN SAN BLAS:

Low season = calmer seas, fewer tourists, more private. Temperatures 81-88°F. Occasional warm tropical showers (brief, beautiful). No hurricanes on record EVER. (Panama is literally hurricane proof). Perfect for spotting dolphins, turtles, marine life.

Small plane flights can occasionally be affected by weather. Backup transportation plan is ready incase of the rare occurrence. For adventurous women who can flow with what comes.
